KIMBERLY BURNS

Kimberly Burns is Certified Yoga Instructor with roots in both Baptiste style Vinyasa and Bikram Yoga. She is also currently furthering her studies to complete her 500 hour yoga certification at breathe Yoga Rochester.  She is also a certified Nutritional Counselor through the American Fitness Professionals Association.  When Kimberly is not practicing or teaching yoga she works as a full time Nationally Certified-Advanced Level, Interpreter for the Deaf.  Kimberly also holds a B.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders as well as a Teaching Certification for both Speech and American Sign Language from Nazareth College of Rochester.

Kimberly founded juiceflow Yoga Retreat to transform the lives of others.  She truly believes that the cleansing of the mind, body and spirit can lead to the awakenings of new found life paths, the patience to listen for universal guidance, love that can extend all boundaries, the aptitude for gratitude, the acknowledgment of grace and the beauty of sharing your experience with others.  Kimberly's mission is to change the world, "one yogi at a time".

Krystal Finocchiaro

Krystal Finocchiaro received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo and her MBA from St. John Fisher. She is a graduate of Breathe, a Baptiste affiliated program, here in Rochester with her 200-Hour certificate.

Krystal's MBA gave her what she needs to be successful in business.  breathe's Teacher Training gave her the tools to safely and effectively teach students of all ages and experience levels.  Krystal has also completed prenatal yoga teacher training at Open Sky Yoga.

Krystal's true passion is teaching beginner and prenatal yoga classes. Currently, she teaches Open Level Vinyasa classes at Ridgeway Physical Therapy.  On Sundays, she teaches prenatal yoga classes at CNY Fertility Center. 

To Krystal, yoga is more than exercise or a physical practice, it is also a community of love and support.  Her goal is to bring that essential component of love and support to every student she teaches.
